  • Monthly Hybrid Training Commitment – R1000/month [1 session in person, gym program & accountability]

  • Gym Programming Only – R300 A plan for you to take to where ever you gym.

  • ALL IN Monthly Premium Package – R2500/month 4 in-person sessions + weekly programming + accountability

  • Once-Off Session – R750 [no commitment]

  • Bespoke packages - available for strength & conditioning for any sport, any event, any goal.
